About Beacon Creative Industries

Beacon Creative Industries (BCI) is a revived network and creative campus in Beacon, NY—an evolution of The Cine Hub. We bring creators, tenants, and industry partners together under one roof to plan, produce, and publish modern media. A triangle that shows the connected partnership between local communities inside or under one roof—Beacon Creative Industries is the pipeline that allows creators and industry professionals to thrive.

BCI is the umbrella brand and the network. We program and support shows, power productions across audio and video, and provide a central pipeline—spaces, services, and standards—for turning ideas into finished work. Beacon Podcasting operates inside BCI as our in-house podcast studio.

Our Story

The Cine Hub established a home for film and broadcast pros in the Hudson Valley. BCI builds on that foundation—expanding from a rental-focused space into a curated, multi-disciplinary network with a shared campus, unified booking, and professional services that meet today’s production realities.

How BCI Works

• The Network (BCI): Commissioning and curating shows, coordinating production resources, and guiding distribution and monetization.

• Studios & Stage: A dedicated podcast studio (Beacon Podcasting) plus a 700 sq ft stage for shoots, livestreams, screenings, and small events—supported by a hands-on control team.

• Post & Publishing: Editing, finishing, and packaging across audio and video; delivery for RSS, YouTube, and socials with metadata and scheduling.

• Partner-Operated Rentals: The Cine Hub’s rentals continue through a tenant-partner collaboration (not directly managed by BCI). BCI supports the program with shared standards, COI verification, cross-booking, and campus coordination so productions run smoothly.
