Cancellation Policy

Last updated: January 27, 2026 Beacon Creative Industries LLC (“BCI”) requires proof of insurance for any stage booking where the renter brings their own crew, talent, vendors, or equipment, or where production activity goes beyond a simple self-serve capture. Limited exceptions may be approved by BCI in writing (case-by-case). Required COI Coverage A) Commercial General Liability (CGL) Minimum: $1,000,000 per occurrence (higher limits may be required for higher-risk productions) COI must include: Certificate Holder: Beacon Creative Industries LLC Additional Insured: Beacon Creative Industries LLC (for the rental/shoot dates) Primary & Non-Contributory: Yes Waiver of Subrogation: In favor of Beacon Creative Industries LLC Location: 20 W Main St, Ste 4, Beacon, NY 12508 (or clearly referencing the BCI stage premises) BCI may request copies of endorsements (Additional Insured / Waiver of Subrogation) when needed. B) Workers’ Compensation (NY) Required if renter has any employees/crew. If renter has no employees, BCI may accept a NY CE-200 where applicable. C) Auto Liability (if vehicles are used) If production vehicles are used in connection with the shoot/load-in, renter must carry Auto Liability (recommended $1,000,000 CSL). If Using BCI Gear If renter is using or renting BCI equipment, renter must carry Equipment/Inland Marine coverage sufficient to replace the gear. Beacon Creative Industries LLC must be listed as Loss Payee when applicable. Higher-Risk Activities (must be disclosed in advance) Stunts/fights, weapons props, open flame/pyro, haze/fog/CO2 effects, animals, minors, drones, large set builds/rigging, unusual electrical loads, and alcohol service may trigger additional insurance, approvals, permits, or safety requirements.
