If you’ve been following along, you already know this one has been a journey.
Our BCI Swap Meet got postponed twice—first with a weather watch and safety concerns, then again with a full stop call the day before/day of (because winter in the Hudson Valley loves to humble you).
But here’s the truth: we still really want this to happen, and we’re pushing it back onto the calendar the right way.
✅ Rescheduled Date: March 15A fresh shot at getting everyone in the room—buyers, sellers, filmmakers, audio nerds, collectors, curious locals—finding great gear and trading stories.
A huge highlight: Gene Panczenko’s gear drop
One of the big reasons we’re so excited is Gene Panczenko and the absolutely stacked selection he’s bringing. I saw this gear first-hand and it’s the real deal—a huge selection of AV equipment.
Expect a mix of:
Projectors
Tape decks
Theater speaker systems
Screens
Booms
…and a whole lot more that’s perfect for studios, indie sets, live events, and weird experimental builds.
Where to get the most current info (and the gear lists)
Because vendors, inventory, and updates move fast, the best place to stay current is the Facebook Event Page.
Pro tip: Head straight to the Discussion section—people will be posting updates and lists of gear from everyone involved.
Why we’re doing this
BCI is about making it easier for creators to build—without spending a fortune or hunting the internet for weeks. The Swap Meet is one of those events that actually helps people move forward: clear out shelves, upgrade kits, meet local crew, and keep good equipment circulating in the community.
So yeah—we got delayed. Twice. But now we’re lining it up again and we’re going for it.
See you March 15. Bring your wishlist. Bring your questions. Bring a friend who can’t stop talking about signal flow.
